Mohammed Shajahan is the Chairman of Shah Fatehullah Group.

He was the President of Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) for 4 consecutive years, Director of Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) and also Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in the year 1999 for 15 years. He has been recognized as a Commercially Important Person (C.I.P).

He also awarded Desh Bondhu Chitta Ranjan Das Gold Medal in 2001 in recognition of his individual activities in different sectors, specially relating to Corporate Social Responsibilities particularly in the industrial sector. He is a Melvin Johns Fellow, Lions Club International.

Mohammed Shajahan holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dhaka in 1975.
