Shah Fatehullah Group (SFG) established in 1962 is a 61 year old family business based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. SFG is a multifaceted conglomerate leading in textile, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, packaging, agriculture, and technology.

The group is the pioneer of the spinning industry in Bangladesh having started the country’s 1st private spinning factory; Shah Fatehullah Textile Mills Ltd since its inception in 1987.

The group was founded by Haji Jalal Uddin Ahmed with the first company called Chishtia Flour Mills.
